Service Description

Repair issues with leaky pipes or root intrusion for residential sprinkler irrigation systems.


Cancellation Policy

Utility Location Responsibility 1. The client is responsible for contacting the local utility marking service (e.g., 311 or equivalent) prior to the start of work to have all underground utilities located and marked. Accuracy of Utility Markings 1. The contractor is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of utility markings provided by third parties. 2. Any damages resulting from improperly marked, unmarked, or inaccurately marked utilities are the client’s sole responsibility. Unmarked or Private Utilities 1. The client must disclose and clearly identify the location of all private utilities (e.g., irrigation lines, low-voltage wiring, drainage, septic, private water, or gas lines). Failure to provide this information releases the contractor from liability for any damage incurred. Liability for Utility Damage 1. If an underground utility is damaged during the course of work, and the damage is due to inaccurate or missing utility information, the client assumes full financial responsibility for repairs, penalties, and associated costs. Access Issues 1. The client is responsible for providing clear and unobstructed access to the work area, including removing vehicles, debris, pets, or obstacles. 2. Any delays or additional labor caused by access restrictions may result in added charges at the contractor’s standard rates. Damage to Lawn, Plants, and Property 1. Normal excavation and trenching may disturb grass, soil, and landscaping. The contractor is not responsible for cosmetic damage to turf, plants, or landscaping that results from standard installation practices. 2. The client acknowledges that restoration of lawn, plants, or landscaping (such as reseeding, re-sodding, or replanting) is not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Indemnification 1. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the contractor, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of utility-related issues or access restrictions beyond the contractor’s control. Acknowledgment of Policy 1. The client must sign this policy prior to the commencement of any in-ground irrigation work to acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of responsibility regarding utilities, access, and prop
