Cancellation Policy
Property Access 1. The client is responsible for providing clear and unobstructed access to all areas scheduled for service. 2. Gates, doors, and entryways must be unlocked at the scheduled service time. If the contractor cannot access the property, the visit may be charged as a completed service or rescheduled at the contractor’s discretion with an additional fee. 3. Any obstacles such as vehicles, equipment, toys, or furniture that prevent access or service may result in partial service only, with no price adjustment. Pets and Animals 1. All pets must be secured indoors or in a safe enclosure away from the service area prior to the contractor’s arrival. 2. The contractor is not responsible for lost pets due to unsecured gates or enclosures. 3. The contractor is not liable for pet waste damage to equipment or for delays caused by excessive cleanup needs. Liability for Property Conditions 1. The contractor is not responsible for damage to unmarked or concealed items within the yard, including but not limited to: irrigation heads, drainage systems, landscape lighting, electrical wiring, toys, or personal property. 2. The client must notify the contractor of any fragile plants, newly installed landscaping, or other sensitive items in advance. Failure to do so releases the contractor from liability for incidental damage. 3 Normal wear and tear to turf, plants, or surfaces from mowing, trimming, or equipment use is expected and does not constitute damage. Safety and Hazards 1. The contractor reserves the right to refuse or delay service if conditions are deemed unsafe, including aggressive animals, hazardous materials, or unsafe yard conditions. 2. Clients must ensure the work area is free of hazards such as sharp objects, construction debris, or hidden obstructions. Weather and Rescheduling 1. In the event of severe weather or conditions that prevent safe service, visits may be rescheduled at the contractor’s discretion. Indemnification 1. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the contractor, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of access issues, pet-related incidents, or property conditions beyond the contractor’s control. Payment Information 1. For recurring weekly services, the client agrees to provide valid payment information to be securely stored on file. Payments will be automatically processed according to the agreed schedule.
